R148 584 per annum, plus a monthly allowance of 37% in lieu of service benefits

*Job Description:

Create and maintain BAS and LOGIS Entities; Printing and reconciliation of disbursements; Filling and control of financial batches; Verify and authorise credit transfer payments; Administer BAS and LOGIS Payments; Process payments and journals; Calculate advance amount for domestic and international claims, Capture Travel and Subsistence claims on PERSAL; and Attend to queries.


Grade 12 certificate plus appropriate financial experience. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of financial matters relating to the listed duties as minimum requirement for appointment. Knowledge required: Treasury regulations, Public Financial Management Act and Finance/Financial management. Skills required: Computer literacy, Numeracy, Accuracy and Communication (written and verbal), Knowledge of BAS, LOGIS and PERSAL systems. Ability to work under pressure.
