To perform Human Resource administration functions, that is as follows: Capturing leave, processing all mandates relevant to Human Resource to GDF, i.e. Housing, PMDS, Incapacity leave (PILIR) Leave management, writing minutes for interviews, Personnel and Salary Administration, attend to all H/R Inquiries, relieve in other departments when needed.
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification, with relevant 2 – 5 years’experience in Human Resource.
- Well conversant with Human Resource aspects.
- Have good customer relations, Interpersonal Relations and be able to work under pressure.
- Have good knowledge and Certificate on Introduction to PERSAL, and computer literacy, i.e. Ms Excel; Ms Word and Power Point
