Record, organise store and collect information related to work in the administrative environment and or deal directly with clients by requesting and providing information;
Collect and save health data of the patients;
Routine administrative output control statistics.
Generate records for HCP’s or management
Applicants must HAVE a Grade 12 certificate or Grade 10 with 2 years experience in patient administration;
Skills: good interpersonal, pability to work independently, good organisational skills, roblem solving and analytical skills, ability to work with the medical database, good telephone etiquette and customer care.;
Good English communication both written and spoken;
Understand of policies and directives;
Able to handle any repetitive work;
Able to work in a team;
Applicants must have empathy for sick, elderly and disabled;
Applicants must be able to work under pressure;
Applicants must be able to obtain security clearance within a year.
