- Provide a secretarial/receptionist support service to the manager.
- Provide a clerical support service to the manager.
- Remain up to date with regard to prescripts/policies and procedures applicable to his/her work terrain to ensure efficient and effective support to the manager.
- A Matric certificate with Typing.
- Experience in general office administration.
- Knowledge of record keeping and document management.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- This position will suit persons with:
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to act with tact and discretion.
- Willingness to work long hours and under pressure.
