- Work in telephone/electronic centre;
- Provide to resolve issues;
- Attend to queries;
- Provide information to customers;
- Customer Service Relationship Management.
- Applicants must have at least Grade 12 certificate;
- Applicants have been completed training as a Service Centre Agent;
- Applicants with 1-2 years of working experience in telemarketing, call centre, customer service, or any other related fields that require frequent interaction with customers are preferable.
