Ensure that requisition is in accordance with the applicable SCM legislative framework;
Ensure that supplier database is captured in the system correctly, maintained and updated timeously;
Render secretariat services to the Bid Committees, Continuous evaluation and monitoring of the appropriateness and
effectiveness of departmental policies with regard to Acquisition management;
Managing departmental procurement contracts;
Ensure that proper and adequate processes are in place to update and maintain the bid processes in line with
appropriate legislation, risk management, managing staff, budget and assets;
Candidates will be subjected to a competency assessment.
Basic literacy and numeracy (ABET level 2) and relevant experience.
KPA’S: Perform routine activities in respect of crop production such as Irrigation of crops, soil cultivation and preparation, apply chemical crop protection, daily tending of crops;
Perform routine activities in respect of livestock such as care for livestock, dipping, vaccination & dosing, assist with calving, lambing, and count livestock;
Cleaning of facilities, care for equipment;
Render manual labour necessary for the effective operation Technology Development
