Letsema Learnership is a learnership program funded and created by BANKSETA that last for 1 whole year. BANKSETA itself works in give payment to the trainer that train the learner as well as give some monthly allowance to the learner. They organize the trainer that works as employer that take care the learner during their learnership process. The learning process would be going in the employer place and done by accredited and registered professional trainer. The general requirement for you who want to apply for this program is that you should not be in any permanent employment or involving in any other learnership or study during the learnership program that you want to take. You should also be younger than 30 years of age per 1 February of the year of learnership program, a South African citizen with valid identification Card, unemployed, fluent in English for both verbal and written, have professional appearance, have good communication skill, have no criminal records, and clear credit ITC. Usually they would open the registration July to August each year and the Letsema Learnership Program would take place the next year for the whole year so you should check their website during that time. On the Letsema Learnership page you would also find Letsema Learnership advert that would explain the entire requirement, how you should apply, and the address where you could sent the application. There is also Letsema learnership application form that you need to download to be used to apply for the program. To apply for the Letsema Learnership you would need to sent the Letsema Learnership application form that you already fill with your data and copies of Grade 12 Certificate minimum 60% pass for English and 50% pass for accounting or 50% pass for Mathematics or 50% pass for Math Literacy, and recommendation letter from school, learning institution, or religious institution.
