  • Ensure that maintenance duties and general upkeeps are carried out in various maintenance premises.
  • Carry out duties to ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of the premises.
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
  • Legislation and Fund Quality.
  • Standards and Procedures.
  • Performing (routine) Maintenance Assist with the effective operations of the fund.


  • A recognized three-year diploma / degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Operating Specialized Equipment,
